Two of Africa’s leaders in digital marketing: OloriSuperGal and Anyiko PR are collaborating to bring the maiden edition of New Media Conference (NMC) to East Africa under the theme: “Driving Kenya’s Socio-economic Transformation through New Media.”

 

The renowned digital conference founded in Nigeria by leading digital and communication expert, Tosin Ajibade, will be held in Nairobi on Friday, 29th September 2017 at the Michael Joseph Centre.

 

The one-day event will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is set to attract key stakeholders and industry players in Kenya’s digital space.

 

Following the success of the Nigerian edition initiated two years ago, the New Media Conference now comes to Nairobi, set to spark conversations that will enlighten key stakeholders in media, entertainment and business regarding developments in the digital space and how to maximize or stretch their capacity for more impact.

 

Speaking on the conference’s anticipated expansion to East Africa, the founder of the New Media Conference and OloriSuperGal Digital entity, Tosin Ajibade says, “The new media conversation is global and we chose Nairobi, Kenya as our next city to host the New Media Conference because of the level of awareness and adoption of new media in driving social, political, and economic conversations.”

The Nairobi conference will include keynote speeches, panel discussions, brand showcase, and master classes. The conversations will be held across industries and niches such as Technology, Elections, Policy and Governance, Tourism, Entertainment, Healthcare, Agriculture, and Payments.
