Following the groundbreaking equity alignment with Publicis Groupe about nine months ago, Troyka Holdings has now made major changes to its business structure.
Under the new arrangement, which was perfected a couple of months ago, the marketing communication businesses in Troyka Holdings have been separated from the other businesses and they are now warehoused under a newly established group called Insight Redefini.
Insight Redefini is the new holding company that comprises Insight Publicis, All Seasons Media, Media Perspectives, The Quadrant Company, Leo Bunnett, Hot Sauce and TCC. The TCC is the experiential agency of the group and it is expected to begin operations soon.
The other businesses including the Out of Home and remains warehoused with Troyka. This means that all the Troyka agencies in direct partnership with Publicis Groupe have now been separated from the other companies, in essence, only Insight Redefini has a direct business relationship with Publicis Groupe.
The new group will be headed by former Insight Publicis CEO, Jimi Awosika who is the Group CEO and Dr. Ken Onyeali Ikpe who has been appointed Group Chief Operating Officer.
And in other to ensure efficiency and corporate synergy, the board of the company has also created a new operational base for Insight Redefini agencies called Publicis campus. Publicis campus which is located next door to Insight Publicis office is the new home for all the Insight Redefini agencies.
The multi-billion naira office complex, which is perhaps the most up to date office environment in Nigeria, is expected provide the necessary ambience and motivation for Insight Redefini agencies to achieve global competitiveness which is the mandate from its founders.
Under the new structure, the CEOs of the six Insight Redifini agencies will report directly to the office of the GCOO, Dr Onyeali Ikpe.
However, Dr Ikpe will still retain his job as the CEO of All Season Media, while at the same time functioning in his new capacity.
