Tension as Jackie Chan blows up London bus on Lambeth Bridge, near House of Parliament

Many London residents were shocked as they scampered for safety this morning following a huge explosion that rocked a double decker bus.
Londoners were left confused as they saw the bus go up in flames as it drove along Lambeth Bridge in central London on Sunday. However, contrary to people’s belief, the bus blowing up on Lambeth Bridge wasn’t another terrorist attack on the UK, but it was actually a rather explosive scene from new Jackie Chan film, The Foreigner, which also stars former 007 Pierce Brosnan.
A spokesman for the Port of London Authority confirmed it was a stunt for a film and that the bridge was closed off.
The scene took some, including the National Police Air Service, by surprise.
DailyBells Nigeria reports that Transport for London was said to have issued a warning to travellers that Lambeth Bridge would be closed during the filming from ’11am-12noon’ but a few people didn’t get the memo.

The film is believed to be helmed by GoldenEye and Casino Royale director Martin Campbell and follows Chan’s Quan on a mission of vengeance against the IRA who murdered his family.
Pierce plays Liam Hennessy, an ex-IRA government official who let Quan’s family die, and the film would see him reunited with his GoldenEye director after 22 years.
Though the shoot couldn’t have been that realistic though, the 211 to Hammersmith was a bit far from its usual route.
Unless the bus got hijacked, Speed-style.
